Add Libs.private to libusb-1.0.pc.in

Description

Libs.private should have a list of needed libraries

Currently that means -lpthread on *ix and at least -lpthread -lsetupapi -lole32 on windows, but that might still change before release time.

I think this is now fixed in git. Probably it can be closed.
